hi! i'm planning to rent my car coz i'm going to australia on a 3 month holiday! i've never rented a vehicle before! please advice me on how to write my vehicle renting agreement.

IMO, just let the car be at home. Or let a trusted family member use it if you dont want it sitting at home collecting dust... but those three months of renting might bring a ware and tare that your careful use would accumulate in a MUCH larger period... afterall no-body cares for your car like you do...
